Privacy Policy
Clear information about how your data is handled.
Praxis Partners collects only the information reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, schedule conversations, and provide requested services.
Last updated August 10, 20261. Information you choose to provide
You may provide your name, email address, business name, website, scheduling preferences, and information about your business or operational needs when you submit the website form, email Praxis, or book a conversation. Please do not submit passwords, financial account information, protected health information, or other highly sensitive data through the website or booking form.
2. Information processed automatically
The providers that host and protect this website may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request timestamps, and security logs. Praxis also records aggregate counts for Assessment visits, booking clicks, live-sample opens, and successful inquiry submissions. Those conversion counts do not include names, email addresses, IP addresses, advertising IDs, or persistent visitor profiles. Praxis does not use behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking.
3. How information is used
Information may be used to:
- respond to questions and requests;
- schedule and prepare for conversations;
- evaluate whether Praxis services may be a fit;
- provide and improve requested services; and
- protect the website, business, and users from misuse.
4. Service providers and external links
Praxis uses service providers for website hosting, business email, appointment scheduling, and video meetings. The booking link opens Google Calendar, where Google's terms and privacy practices apply. Google Search Console may provide aggregated search and indexing information without adding an advertising tracker to this website. Links to LinkedIn and the live workflow sample lead to separate websites with their own privacy practices.
5. Sharing and selling
Praxis does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support the purposes above, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
6. Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was provided, ongoing business records, legal obligations, or dispute prevention. Inquiry submissions are stored with restricted operational access. Aggregate conversion counts do not identify individual visitors. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices
You may ask Praxis to correct or delete personal information you previously provided, subject to legal and legitimate business-record requirements. You may also choose not to use the booking form and contact Praxis directly by email or phone.
8. Policy updates
This policy may be updated as the website, services, or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date will remain available on this page.
9. Contact
Questions or requests about this policy may be sent to info@praxispartnersai.com or directed to Praxis Partners LLC in Stuarts Draft, Virginia.
